A superb, American Aesthetic Movement Garnet Carbuncle bracelet, circa 1875. What is so extraordinary about this particular example is the many techniques that come together to create this Aesthetic Movement masterpiece. From the remarkable braided band, to the delicately hand-engraved central medallion, to the sizable tongue in groove clasp, no expense was spared in the creation of this bracelet. The four succulent foiled garnets that star as the main attraction glimmer magically, cupped in their stunning prong settings. This bracelet will be a crown jewel in any collection.
