Refund Policy

 The Curio does not administer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your piece, you may exchange it for shop credit within 30 days of your purchase. The shop credit will expire after 30 days. All shop credits distributed, cannot be split between orders. The entire balance of the credit must be applied to your next order.

 Please note that shop credit, once applied to an order, cannot be refunded to your account, or transferred to another item. That is, if you put a shop credit of $100 toward a new order, and then cancel the order, the shop credit will not be added back to your method of payment. We thus discourage clients from opening and cancelling orders.

 Regretfully, returns are not accepted for custom-made, resized, specially-altered pieces, or pieces that have been purchased prior to our 30 day return timeframe.

All sale items are final.

 It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item in the condition in which it was received. Kindly, contact us at orders@thecurionyc.com initiate the return process, including receiving a free return label for your purchase.
