Dainty and darling!
Crafted circa 1870 in a lovely 18 carat gold, this Special Nicollo Onyx Cross ring is a truly fabulous example! And a rare gothic interpretation of the 1870’s finger ring. The craftwork is impeccable yet understanding, with fine detailing and a delicate band that creates the most chic silhouette.
This ring is also wonderfully preserved for her age – as most rings from this time period have been worn and dented over time. This ring would be excellent for sealing petite correspondences – or flashing a coquettish hand up in a glamourous flourish.
A wonderful addition to any antique jewelry collection!
