Crafted circa 1915 in 18 carat gold, these earrings are a wonderful example of the English revival of their Georgian ancestry, made most popular in the Edwardian period.
The design is timeless yet glamorous: a flowery halo of miniature bezel-set rose-cut diamonds dangle elegantly from dainty miniature pearl stones. Along the top of the earrings are a small square backing upon which sits a slightly larger rose-cut diamond, which terminates into elegant shepherd hooks.
These earrings would make an excellent addition to any connoisseur’s collection - especially for anyone who desires a true “antique” jewel that reads historical from a good distance!
