A Sicilian treasure from the 19th century!
This massive coral pendant is a remarkably large-scale example compared to other 19th century coral pieces we’ve had. With its delicate daisy chain of flowers around the center, this pendant has a hook at the back to enable it to fit effortlessly onto a chain or a necklace.
There is great versatility to the design; chains could be attached to the ring-like structure at the back of the pendant, or conversely, tassels or drops could be added to the hook at the bottom.
Either way, this is a piece that is certain to be a statement no matter how it is worn; its vibrant and rich coral façade simply demands to be the life of the party. A wonderful addition to any antique jewelry collection!
