Rare and elusive, foiled amethyst fobs have been, and always will be on the top rung of the luxury bauble ladder. This example, with her sensual, scrolling details, floral finishes, and morning glory paisley at the top bale remind the wearer of the whimsey enjoyed in Regency details. A time of cryptic messages and hidden meanings, this fob certainly masqueraded as a utilitarian object- but did not quite possess the succor, there is no etching on the bottom, and the foil is quite pristine! It is likely that she was never forced to interact with hot wax.
