A French beauty hearkening back to the drama of the 20s, this ring combines a Deco-inspired outline with the bolder scale and clarity of late twentieth-century design. The step cut baguettes that punctuate the shoulders are simply my favorite detail... outside of the sensuous colorbanding, accented by the heating of the central sapphire! The way the sapphire is framed by 26 white diamonds is terribly deco- but the scale and undercarriage construction in platinuum is so very 80's! Two baguettes and 24 round stones described as G/H color weighing .88cts. Size 6.5; 10.21g; measures 11.94 × 11.45 × 6.06mm.
