Art Nouveau jewelry used traditional materials such as silver and gold but also incorporated more colored gemstones. Natural pearls, amethysts, and garnet can be found in abundance – as well as other precious gems.

A delectable example with vibrant closed-back amethysts, central diamond is around 0.12ctw, with extremely delightful facets of a most substantial nature.
