With its high reverence in the Christian faith, it is no surprise that amethyst is the centerpiece of this magnificent 19^th century cross necklace. 

Crafted circa 1880 in a vibrant 15 carat gold, this cross is a stunning example of English Archaeological Revivalist design, with a silhouette that feels distinctly Georgian –  but a construction that is Victorian all the way through.

The stars of the show are of course, these darling oval-shaped Amethysts. The six stones are arranged exquisitely into this unique cross shape, further emphasizing the whimsical silhouette. The stones also have a rich hue that brings depth and an air of glamour, making for a memorable visage that captures the gaze.
