An outstandingly rare pendant with an octagonal-cut amethyst in the center, which is a hard shape to locate in amethyst. 

Featuring a rose-cut diamond encrusted bale, this pendant also has rose-cut diamonds all over, alongside diamond-studded pearls. This pendant also includes a brooch pin, allowing this piece to be used however desired.
