Crafted circa 1870 in sterling silver, this Grape Brooch is a masterful example of a 19th century post- Napoleon III era jewel. The craftspersonship is notable, with 3 clusters of miniature pearls finely rendered to look like grape bundles. The grapes dangle below a vibrant green cluster of leaves – a fine usage of the sterling silver canvas!
