Originating circa 1760-1780, this French jewel is a charming example of the playful coquettishness that defined 18th century French court and aristocratic costume jewelry.  Instead of diamonds, we have marcasites; instead of massive pearls, we have this showstopping Coque de Perle, which creates a jewel that trembles and dazzles as you move.
